I would recommend a sign to inform patrons of what this desk is used for.
I would recommend more comfortable seats and some plants in waiting area.
I would recommend brighter lighting (may be cameras fault).
I would recommend appropriate signage and lighting to make this area more inviting.
I would recommend placement of plants in study area to make it more relaxing and greater space between the tables.
I would recommend the copier be moved for better patron access. The sign could be seen from a greater distance if it were placed higher on the wall.
This is an excellent way of using space to provide more computers.
This area while attractive would benefit from better lighting on the second floor.
